I'm loving this. From an advertising point of view, my only critique would be to decide on an opacity for the background layer. Right now it's sort of half visible, so I'm squinting to see it. My suggestion would be either to increase it's visibility, or do away with it all together. Either way, great work!

Yeah I took the file to print yesterday and I did make the background lines a whole lot more visible. My main concern was that it would fade away the main illustration but in fact it did enhance the entire poster! I shall update the artwork here
