Princess Elissa? Elissa a la Jasmine?
I've been working on this one for a month now, not the actual time it took (few hours every few days) but that's still very dedicated considering my usual impatience.
I'm happy to have chosen Lebanese singer Elissa for the drawing, granted she's not Iraqi, but at least she's Arab (I hate when Hollywood casts Asians for Arabian Nights productions) Also, a picture of Elissa wearing turquoise attire reminded me of Jasmine. Elissa's beautiful, but she doesn't have overly European features, that's why i felt it works.
My reference while painting this was limited to an Elissa face/neck shot and simple Jasmine drawing; so i feel i did good. Big improvements in the shading/lighting department i think.

She's very beautiful, but I thought the story of Aladdin took place in China and Disney had it set in the middle east.

It's a bit confusing, Aldding is an Arab folk tail first recorded in Syria, but it is set in Islamic China, a fictional (or exaggerated) China that seems like an Arab country. Anyways, for this one I understand casting an Asian, though most the other Arabian Night tales are actually set in the middle east, mainly Iraq.

I hate when Disney casts Caucasians to play Jasmine at the Disney Parks. Hispanics I can half believe they are Jasmine but when I see the Caucasian Jasmines...I just hate it.
This is really pretty, I love the coloring. The hands are a bit small but I see you were trying to emulate the style of the movie so its all G.

Big improvements on the shading/lighting department? I think it looks absolutely incredible. The only thing I would've liked to see is Raja being a bit more like a tiger than a cub. He's very good, but I think a little small compared to what I'm used to seeing.
