Neither the cowboy or Spock forced Danny to be in character, so it would be logical to assume that when he was a woman he wasn't forced to be thinking like that character either. You can't say that only that one transformation out of the three forced him to act differently just because you don't like the idea of him being happy in that form. That, dear sir, is called a logical falsity.
On another note, you have been arguing that Danny's mind is altered while in this form, no? If what you say is true, and his mind is altered, then wouldn't the dialogue he says in this image, as a women, be in character at the moment of his transformation? So you really shouldn't have any sort of gripe with Danny saying he feels hot in this form, because, in your words, it's just "part of the program he was forced to display".
