She is sooo beutiful! No wonder that people fall in love which is what a few commenters said, because you did a beutifl piece of art man. Very original, she looks like a good and friendly harpy, unlike the ones from the original myths and other drawings I've seen. She looks so realistic, 3d like in real life, didn't You think to give her a name, personality etc.? What language would she speak, where would she live etc. I would love to see her in other poses like in flight with her wings wide. Great job!
