AFTER THE KAMI TRIO WAR

INFO:

Name: Zotaru Majora (Zo for short)

Pokemon: Umbreon

Age: 17

Village: Noir Vale

Job: (Super) Ninja

Ability: Synchronize- he is able to somehow connect to his opponents on a telepathic-like level and pass on status problems when he gets them. How he controls this, not even Zo himself knows. It just sort of happens on its own accord and at random.

Starting Attacks: Quick Attack, Shadow Ball, (NV level up) Dark Pulse

Likes: Training, boasting, traveling, playing pranks, insanely spicy or sour food, nighttime/the moon, being with his friends, “saving the day”, when Magi or Jin praise him

Dislikes: Hot muggy days, studying/any type of schooling, being considered a “child” or “childish”, authority, losing, when Magi or Jin are mad at him, and snakes

Personality: “Impish and highly persistent.” When about his normal routine, Zo tends to wander mentally. However, when it comes to doing his job, he is able to focus and get in the zone somewhat, though in the midst of battle he surrenders to his heated emotions. Zo is also highly curious and won’t stop pestering until he’s gotten a sufficient answer to his question. He is very confident and just as boastful, but means well and is good at heart. On top of that, he’s also stubborn and refuses to back down from a challenge. This serves to be his undoing as he tends to bite more than he can chew. Zo will rush into battle even if he’s well aware that he cannot win. The only time he actually does this though, is when he feels that his friends (or his pride) are being threatened.

History: Zo actually originates from Thunder Mountain Village, when it was still around. When he was a baby, his parents took him with them on a mission to explore and map out the best routes to Firefield Village. However, on the way, they were attacked by a rogue Arbok named Artemis, and eventually poisoned. Magi, a passing nomad Arcanine who had recently retired from his job as a samurai, found the wreckage and killed Artemis. But by the time he got to Zo’s parents, it was too late. They died of poisoning, but before his mother passed she asked Magi to take care of Zo. Her parting gift was only her crescent moon necklace that had been in their family for generations. Magi, from then on, raised Zo.

Unfortunately for Magi, Zo grows to be a trouble-maker. He accidently stumbles into danger and pretty much breaks whatever he touches. Magi often will get frustrated with him, but no amount of discipline will help correct Zo’s destructive behavior. At one point, Magi becomes so irked at Zo’s obnoxiousness that he declares that he will teach him swordplay so that his attention might be somewhat occupied. Magi trains Zo to be a swordsman during their travels together, and finds that Zo has quite the knack for it. Over these training rituals, Magi and Zo bond as "father and son" quite a bit.

While passing through what used to be Dark Forest territory, Zo is given his mother’s necklace and Magi, for the first time, tells Zo everything about the night he found him. Upset, he runs off into the night of the woods to brood on his own. Somehow, he comes to terms with his situation, finding an inner peace within himself. As soon as this happens, Zo evolves from an Eevee to an Umbreon. The necklace becomes his most prized possession and he refuses to let anyone touch it unless they are an extremely good friend.

A little while after evolving and returning to Magi, they reach their destination: Magi’s older brother’s house. If Zo thought Magi was strict and serious, he was in for a shock when he met Jin. Jin used to work as a ninja for Dark Forest Village and, as Zo likes to describe him, he had “a face that seemed to read ‘I’d rather be somewhere other than here.’”. However, Zo takes a keen curiosity towards his occupation and asks Magi if he can be a ninja like Jin too. The both of them don’t believe Zo could ever be a ninja due to his recklessness, but after much pestering, Jin agrees to teach him. Zo is still currently Jin’s pupil and has much to learn. He's committed to thinking himself a “super ninja,” though his training isn’t anywhere near complete.

After the Kami Trio war forced him and his new family to move to Noir Vale, Zo continues to be a ninja and has vowed to do whatever it takes so that nothing as horrible as that incident ever happens again. You could say that the event has somewhat hardened him, and made him grow up a little. (But he's still a goofball.)

Additional info:
-He can be quite the flirt sometimes. (Mostly with girls younger than him)
- He calls himself a “super ninja” because he thinks he’s that awesome. However, this is slightly contradicting as he’s very noisy and not very graceful. At all.
- To him, being able to touch his necklace is the highest privilege one could ever receive from him.
-He likes to think of himself as a full-fledged adult, but he still gets into trouble and still gets punished accordingly. (Getting grounded, time-outs, standing in a corner/facing the wall…)
-Despite all the talking he does, he never seems to talk about his personal life. (He actually doesn’t like to, because dwelling on it makes him sad.)
-The only thing he’s scared of is Magi and Jin’s temper. (And snakes but he’ll never admit to that.)
-Zo is only reffered to as "Zotaru" by his sensei, Jin, or by Magi if he's in trouble. Everyone else just calls him Zo.

Yes, I know. His last name does come from "Majora's Mask" and there's a reason for this. I will say this reason after Magi and Jin's character sheets are complete, as it is technically THEIR last name.
