Description
A very personal piece.It was both hard and relieving to paint this .
Elders used to say that when something a person is really attached to (plant, pet) dies it does so to purify their owners soul and to relieve them of a burden. This piece is an homage to the dedicated beings that surround us.

I like the peekaboo hairstyle of the girl holding the burden, her facial features are nice as well.

I like a little surrealism, so this works for me. I like the limited colour palet you have chosen (i.e. red, black white, and a bit of blue) it really unifies the work. In all your work looks decent, quite good even, however should I give you advice I would urge you to pay more attention to the details or the overload there off (especially on the right character and her strings..also it looks a little to smudged) Moreover the anatomy could have been a little more accurate (e.g. the hands especially)
Nonetheless, I really appreciate this piece of art, it has a concept and you have executed nicely. You originality pleads for you, without a doubt
