A sketch!
About 40 minutes to an hour to do this, with sepia leads.
I noticed several problems with the body that didn't hit me because i'm no longer used to drawing on paper, I can't zoom in or out aha. Anyway, it was done for a friend's birthday, she's obviously a dancer, annnd... Well that's about it. It was the very first time I used leads.

Both but this one I used a photo reference, still, I totally forgot about the picture, I just found the sketch I did when I first found it and drew on it

Very nice "action" lines, that is a great pose. Your style here is more cartoon like than realistic but looks absolutely great. I like how you shaded the dancer and made her look as if she's really enjoying her dancing(great expression). I'm sure your friend will love it, I do and I'm not a dancer.
