An incredibly belated birthday picture for I'm sure you like hugs more than Heero does! (OK, secretly he likes them, but not "hug attacks" like these XD ) Hope they look ok in my somewhat less anime style. Also hope it's ok that Wufei and Trowa didn't end up in this one. I will admit, seeing them in a non-anime style is weird. Especially with your style, which seems to utilize some rather prominent facial features, something obviously lacking in anime.

It definitely takes some getting used to. I totally understand the sameface that goes on in anime (simplifying for animation and all that) but it can get pretty boring, sometimes. I love drawing the guys in their original style, but sometimes it's fun to experiment

I think you might have to hug him by proxy- i.e. hug Quatre or Duo on their other sides and take it as "this is as close as I get" . I don't think he'd tolerate us getting within arm's reach XD
