John Locke/Terry O'Quinn drawing.My 3rd drawing in the LOST collection.
A wonderful actor, but not one of my favorite characters, he got annoying with the "we have to make sacrifices for the island" stuff.
Favorite part is the the facial hair, it was painstaking.
His face......so many wrinkles...

I love Locke ever since Walkabout ... and that solidified my love for him and the show. And this picture is damn perfect. I thought Locke was perfect from beginning to end -- regaining faith, losing it only to regain it again, ever being lead on with the greatest sense of desire for purpose I've ever seen ... and that is something that I've found heavily relatable and that's what still inspires me long after the show is over with. I think that that statement was metaphorical in the sense that ... we have to make sacrafices -- no matter what you do or where you go.

I think Locke is one of the most human characters on the show, because like you said, he falls in and out of faith like we all do, and I can see why he's an inspiring character to you even if he wasn't one of my favorites. I think every character on Lost has influenced me somehow, it's that great of a show.

Indeed, they are *all* memorable and all relateble in some way. I love ensemble casts -- where *every* character is important, all of them having their moment to shine.
