kia ora,thanks,used a mix of tools on this one,a dremel was used to for the rough out and to drill the holes in all the cut-outs,the rest was done with a jewellers saw,needle files and gravers and plenty of patience

couldnt say exactly,but this one and the double Manaia were both carved together over 8 months, as a wedding gift,being only a hobby carver that was an hr here and a hr there,when i had spare time up my sleeve.i think if i sat down and gave it a some effort,i could probably do it over 3-4 full days
