In actual myth he is a red head. Which is prolly what the artist/author was trying to convey here. In actual myth he's also much cooler than the Marvel version, and crazier.

well actual he is only described as handsome in the myth. One haircolor which is really mentioned in detail is Sif`s golden hair....and that Sleipnir is a grey horse. All other looks change by the time-periods and their different artists. So one time Loki is blond, then he is redhead or brunette in a other picture he is portait with black hair and looks Mediterranean....So all looks includingΒ haircolors are made up by the artists who portaited him. Same with other gods.

Oh, and dont forget the strange grey/white haired old man Loki that seems popular in google, when you dont just get the marvel Loki lol... The old one kind of looks like Punch from Punch and Judy, for anyone that knows what that is... Or maybe Sheogorath from the Elder Scrolls games lol! That'd be a funny cross over...Β
