I can't answer your question because I don't know the measurements of DD's hands. You need to take measurements, to find a scale ratio and to resize the pattern. Some math is mandatory here.

I would like to make a pair for Mystic Kids-Milo's hands,which is a 1/3 but if I would succeed the second priority would be 1/4 gloves for DollZone hands.

Hmmm... Soom SG hands are 75 mm long (with a ball joint). The longest finger is 35 mm long. You may measure your doll's hands and resize the pattern accordingly. Though it may require an additional adjustment, as dollie hands may have a different proportion.
And, as it stated on the picture, print the pattern out with 300 dpi resolution, it should give the proper size automatically.
