I'm pretty sure, by a careful investigation of the image complemented with beer and whiskey shots, that the creature eats the heads of live human victims and then "poops" out skulls from an unseen sphincter in the center of its palm.Β I mean, what else would that tube be for? It also leeches hormones from the base brain pituitary gland to manifest its ghost-like psychedelic cronies.
