PERSONALITY

[Brave] Luckyleap always held the word 'bravery' close to him since he was a little kit. This, in the past, has been both a weakness and a strength, the scars he bears coming from his recklessness in the battle with Shadowclan. This tom has grown to know his capabilities, and it still stands that he will do absolutely anything to protect Skyclan, reckless or not.

[Positive] Always one to look at the bright side of any situation, Luckyleap bears an almost naive positivity about the world around him. He never dares suspect a cat's first intent is of ill will, always apt to give chances to those he doesn't even know. Most of the time, this doesn't get him in too much trouble, luckily, and the radiant good energy that wafts off of him is known to be rather infectious.

[Friendly] Luckyleap is quite social, and has a lot of fun making friends with other cats. It's rather difficult to get him mad, and he enjoys talking to any cat he can get his paws on, especially she-cats at this stage. This dark tom also enjoys the company of younger cats, always desiring to teach as much as he can to them.

[Flirtatious] As of late, Luckyleap realized just how great she-cats can be. After much experience, he knows how to sweet-talk them to the max, and always has a spot in his den for a lovely lady. There was one thing, though, that the fluffy dark tom had. A trait that none of his other brothers shared. He wanted to explore. He was rather adventurous, always trying to figure out some hairbrained scheme to get on the other side of the fence, much to Avery's annoyance. The one time he did succeed, however, a familiar tom brought him back. His father, Rye, a ginger-and-white tabby tom, who'd always been a drifter, had returned, with tons of stories to tell his sons. Frank, naturally, was disinterested, and the stories slowly scared Slick away, but Sam was fascinated by the stories of forest cats, battle, glory, and even more, unexplored places. A few sunrises later, Rye had left already, but Sam began to train himself to fight, desperately wanting to become a warrior. Upon the age of five moons old, his mother decided it was time to let him go to his own devices, and he swore to her that he'd be the greatest warrior ever, before leaving his nest, ready to find a clan and prove himself. He explored for a rather long time, and found himself lost in this weird smelling territory, full of trees, and birds that were much bigger than him. A badger soon managed to find the poor little tom, and lashed at him, giving him his first scar; one on his muzzle. He fled in fear, ending up toppling down a ravine, blacking out. Sam soon woke, in a strange den, a brown and white tom standing above him, seeming to be treating his wounds. The cat, Runningpaw, explained that he was in Skyclan, and as soon as he heard the word 'clan', he bolted out trying to find the leader, running right into her. The tom begged Cloverstar to make him an apprentice, to show him how to be a warrior, and, seeing the spirit and energy in the young cat she agreed, though telling him he' d need to wait, seeing as it was against the warrior code to make a cat less than six moons an apprentice. In the meantime, he visited the elders den regularly, learning about being a warrior as much as he could, straight from the sources.

However, after only a few lessons, Doestep became ill with the scale plague, leaving Luckypaw to his own devices, often tagging along with Wildstorm and Curlcall for his lessons. She spent many moons in the medicine cat den, and in the meantime, he taught himself many things through watching the other apprentices train. Finally, near the end of his apprenticeship, she was up and healthy, and they trained like nothing else mattered, daily. In the afternoon and at night, Luckypaw would lurk around the other territories, and, though he knew it was wrong, crossed often into other clans. He met many friends on his journeys, from all kinds of clans. Rushpaw and Applepaw from Windclan, Heatherpaw from Thunderclan, and even Tangledpaw from Shadowclan.
