No problem, I understand. I used starch, mixed with water and heated a bit, put the piece in the mixture and then squeezed the excess and pus it on a flat surface. I used some pins to stretch it and keep it in shape. Hope you understand, if not I can try and find a tutorial.

Excuse the late message. It's not wool, it's multi thread cotton and it is a bit stiff to begin with. To get the bracelet to stay even stiffer, I block it with a mixture of water and starch.

Unfortunately I don't have the time do write a proper pattern but it's pretty simple - two rings (8-2-8 I think) joined, then a chain (I made mine too short - they should be 16 or 18 DS) and it's repeated for the length. Then you make a longer chain (I don't remember how long mine was and don't have the bracelet anymore) enough to go to the other side and start again, but join the rings to the upper rings as well. It's a very common pattern so I am sure you can find it somewhere. I actually used a photo and reproduced it.
