Super cuuute! The fur looks REALLY good. Actually compared to the badgermole, Toph has very little detail like she was only added as an afterthought, BUT she brings so much more life to the picture with her badass adorable.

Hilariously enough, Toph was the first thing I drew. And then I was all like "THIS NEEDS MORE BADGERMOLES" and voilΓ .

Okay- actually I can say a lot. SUCH AS: I love how the badgermole looks like he's from an old wood etching, it just makes him look as ancient as he is. I also adore how cute Toph looks in this, she's cute and still feels in character unlike other pictures I've seen of her being draw in a 'chibi'-ish style. She doesn't loose who she is in this one. I really love that.
What I also love- how you colored this. You keep the old etching feel in there so well. It just fits the picture so well over all. So much :hearts:

I really liked the story of how Toph met them and learned earthbending. Extension of the senses and so on.

Technically, they have Koi, I guess?
Until we learn about the dragons, firebenders are said to be affected by the sun and their inner emotions, so I guess it puts traditional waterbending and new-firebending in the same basket. Can't say as much about old firebending, but still.

But I don't think that koi can waterbend, I think it was just the spirits that took the form of koi fish that could... maybe...? I don't really know
And yes, that's true, but judging by Roku's falshbacks, there were firebenders got dragons to ride on (before their near extinction)
And Aang has a flying bison, and Earthbenders can probably ride badgermoles around if they wanted to!
Waterbenders can't ride the moon, so that's why it's the lamest element! haha
If I were a bender, I would want some giant animal to ride around on!
