Description
This is my second drawing for Vegilena-Angel, featuring her character Arneth Silvermoon [link] in peril.

Arneth and her adventuring group are visiting the castle of an elven lord. He takes a liking to her, and so he asks her out for a ride, and presents her with a gift in form of a new riding outfit.
Arneth readily axcepts and dresses in her new gown, and the two head out into the woodlands surrounding the castle.

But the romantic afternoon turns into a horrid nightmare, as they run into a drow hunting party, who seems to have spied on the castle.
The elven lord charges them boldly, giving Arneth time to escape and fetch her companions. But Arneth finds herself soon attacked by more drow. She gives them a good fight, but with her last arrow shot, she is quickly captured.

The proud princess surrenders and demands to be treated with all the dignities her status as a royal hostage demands. But the leader only loughs and binds her wrists to the saddle of her own horse. When the cocky elf protests, she is tightly gagged. Arneth struggles furiously, but clad in her leather riding gloves, her fingers are not sensitive enough to untie the knots. Then the leader rides of with his fair captive.

Meanwhile the elven lord dispatched of his enemies, and is now hot in persuit to rescue the helpless princess.

I found this one quite difficult because of the horses.
I have never drawn any horses before, and I wanted to do two running at full speed. The girls Im used to draw usually dont move that much, so to get the motion right was another difficulty. In the end I looked at a lot of references and needed several attempts, before I got a result I liked.
