Description full title:

"Ingo Knows that Knowing is not Doing"

This is my tribute to Ingo Swann, perhaps one of the best known remote viewers.
There is a very slim chance that I work with his brother.

There might be more where this comes from. Only Ingo knows.

This modern art piece should be displayed in the East wing of the National Gallery of Art museum in D.C.

Ha, thanks. Well if you know of anyone there who could set that up....!
But actually if all goes well I will be doing some work with the Austin Museum of Digital Art.
Eventually anyway, once I get some stuff together.

Thanks too, I am glad you stopped by to see it.

No movement was ever founded by one person.

Although I am pretty sure that is how ebola got started.
Well that and eating gorillas.

It's cool. Ingo Knows.

Like Santa Clause but less passive aggressive I think.

brilliant texture and the colours are just as great, the k i'm not liking as a second kind of focal point but great work.

Hey thanks. Yeah the "k" does to contribute to the vibe of fastidious imposition, but sometimes these elements are just as vital as any other figurative element. But glad you stopped by to check it out!

so... Ingo reaches out. into abstraction - the reality. what is Ingo dowsing for? but this isn't about objective. this is about ability. right?

look my eyes are just
hollow grounds
your love has drawn red from my hands
in my hands you know you'll never
be
more than twist in my
sobriety

to some it is given to know, some to see. some to speak and some to swim.. yeah, swim.

i dont care about their different books
all god's children took their toll

                          sobriety

two men ride the same horse. ineffible secrets, hidden beneath buildings revealed. secret words, secret smiles. he looks into you, he sees right thru me.

in my hands. the blood and sins of a generation.

        sublime degree indeed.

Hey thanks. Subtle is right. Funny how some of the more basic looking things take the longest. Again, I think it comes back to the idea that to make a well thought out abstraction is sometimes more difficult than making something more "real", since the "real" has a tangible blueprint, a model from which to work. But real life is abstraction.

Hmmm. Ah, sorry just got off on a tangent there.
Always cool to see ya in the area!

the fact that there is a templar cross and a letter K on this image means i am immediatley beguiled and in love with this.

its hard for me to keep saying 'oh i really like this' over and over, but... oh, i really like this!

your style sits very very well with me indeed!

Hey thanks. Glad you picked up on those elements.
Sometimes I think the results are too sublime.

Fucking holy shit. How can you keep getting better and better?

I am about to sound like the biggest ass-kiss, but man... I am in total awe of your talent and skill. This looks like completely natural media. How in the HELL can it be digital?

You are the man. This would make an incredible print.

The composition, contrast, and overall painterliness make this an instant favorite. !!

Ha, thanks. Yeah this is all digital.
Spent a little more time on this one bringing those smaller elements to the surface.
Glad you had a chance to stop by and check it out.

I assume remote viewing means to 'watch' something that one isn't physically seeing?

Your work is still lookin' good. I like the colours in the lower right area a lot.
Well done.
