This is Nineteen! He's a character I'm heavy debating on keeping aha. I have a story for him but I'm not sure I'd ever use him so I'm hesitantly saying OTA--Once he's yours, you can change whatever, this is just the absent info I've given him.
He's a nice boy, based off a cigarette I saw on the side of the road in a puddle aha.

Rules;
-Once its yours, tag me the first time you draw it...I'd just like to see it, aha, this isn't really a rule
-You can change anything I'd just prefer if you didn't turn around and drastically alter it right away but like...its yours man. you do you.
-Wait at least a month before reselling aha

OTA; add art, characters, and points--minimum of 50 if theres no art lol
