Cyber Specter may not be much in his physical form, but in the cyberverse, he is nearly unstoppable. Nearly anything with computing software can be accessed by him and most cyber security is of little challenge. In battle he can access cars with wi-fi and use them to run over his enemies or if he were to get access to military systems, he could catastrophic damage and chaos, though even he has difficulty getting through military security. If he were to access say, you're computer, he could appear on your screen as shown above, in his cyber form. Makes for a nice Screensaver in my opinion.
