WOW, what a great piece of art. As soon as i saw it, i was totally amazed and just HAD to add it to my favs. As someone already mentioned, this painting makes u think... which most dont to me, so when i look at this, it seems as though the tree is on a high cliff and the underneath world is on fire. Its very dramatic IMO. Great work once again.

First off, I this piece, wondeful use of color and composition. Everything flows with this story-like quality that's hard to pull off with out the piece getting to busy or overworked. Great job. I know it's gonna take you minute to get to this one, but I have a few qustions. What type of paint did you use and did you use any other media? It looks like the arms might be charcoal and the bird was done with an oil paint stick or somethin'... am I close? just curious.
