I am sorry but all I see here is someone complaining that someone wanted to view something else like nudity or whatever before whatever you post. I see it as each person has choices they make and if it is viewing nudity then it is the choice of each individual person. I feel no kind of sorrow because I had seen this and may have been looking up something else. Trying to make someone feel bad for wanting to look a Beautiful pic or nude is a low way of going by doing it. I decide what I want to look at and no one else. I appreciate the irony, but I find it super obnoxious to find not-photography in the photography galleries. Just put it in the right spot. By the way, if an admin has to keep moving it, you'll probably end up getting in trouble.
Art is subjective. I know that you may not deem something artistic, and that is definitely fine. However, you don't get to say that any certain thing was not done in the name of art, or that no one is going to find it artistic. That's just silly. I find puh-lenty of things on this site (tits or no) that don't appeal to me, as does everyone else. But that doesn't mean it's not art.
