This is looking really awesome! What software do you use? Those are some really nice shapes, I really have no idea how to model them.. I always get problems while using booleans or bevel (I use Maya, might be called something else in your software) Nicely done! Totally a fav and a watch.

Booleans usually screw geometry, I try not to use them at all, solid drill (or whatever it's called in Maya) is more preferable, but it requires more manual work. But what can be wrong about bevel? Actually a lot of stuff here is done with bevel/extrude.
