This is the super-duper-long over due Leon Kirban piece for~Mephiticous >_>
There was just way too much of photoshop to deal with... I can guarantee that I will never be pullin' out another one of these like EVER...
it took like 64 yrs to do even with some help from refs and brushes...
So YEAH!
this is evil... and I kind of just BS-ed a little towards the end cuz I wanted it done and out of the way... for good...
*sigh* so..
this is Neosporin's family (Neo is the little puppy thing) her mom is the white floof.. and her dad is the almost invisible thing behind her...
and that's his castle over there *points to the mediocre building on the mountains*
Yeah... the landscaping took the longest obviously and was also the thing that drove me completely INSANE!!!! @_@
which is why I kind of gave up towards the end >_>;;;
Ummm what else....
Oh.. I'm really bad at lighting and shadows as you can see...
hrmmm...
I used a few National Geographic mountain photos as refs for the mountains... and I used a few grass, cloud, and tree brushes.. which helped lessen the insanity...
so yeah... if I think of anything else I'll be sure to upload it...
Oh and sorry if its really dark.... my resolution is set all funky like... :\

Holy.... This thing is awesome! I feel honored to just have known you! I can't even tell you all of the things I love about this! The hair is so intracate, the grass is almost real, the moutains have exquisite detail, and the overall pieces and composition are amasing. And you didn't get accepted into the art program. HOW THE HELL!?!? Seriously. I have no idea how I'm hoping to get in at my rate.
You rock my world.

No I actually love the contrast of the white wolf's wings in the dark setting, and the darkness in the overall picture make sure that you know that it is night time. It's realistic, but the darkness doesn't overpower it in the way that it takes any detail out. I think it's wonderful! I wish my art was that good.

LOl no I didn't get accepted in to the art... I'm majoring in Biology right now.. but when I move to Indiana I'm majoring in animal sciences xD

.........................katie .____. holy fucking shit. i can't tell you how much this means to me. you brought out such realism and beauty out of her family, the portrait is so gorgeous, it honestly made my eyes get puffy and swell up with tears.
andy and kinsey would love this, but unfortunately the two have kinda drifted out of my life and don't serve as my parents, or friends anymore, due to them breaking up and me doing this 'tattle tale' thing with andy to try and keep kins safe from steering off into a smoker's life. ;_. i'm not saying it's a bad thing this reminds me of them, it actually makes me very happy because the friendships i had with them were beyond amazing; come on, how often do you find friends so amazing you start looking up to them as your own parents?
even though this family doesn't reall exist anymore,
i can't explain how grateful i am you did this for me... .-.
like i said, it makes me sad, but it also makes me smile.
this was & is my favorite memory of my past,
and i will always hold it & them in my heart 
because of this i can now actually look back at my most favored memory & the life i had with the only people i could ever call my "parents," rather than just remember them and get sad at the thought.
i could go on forever about the importance of this image to me,
but i think it's best if i stop before i flood your entire page in one comment.. heh
