Description A couple prototypes I made. They're neither semi-historical nor are they fictional, but they're closer to fictional. They are two Tiger II (H)s modified after being captured by American forces. Both had their MG 34s replaced with American M1919A4 medium machine guns so that the ammo could be easily resupplied. One was tested with a modified Tiger II cupola fitted with an M85 heavy machine gun (left). The cupola resembles the cupola on the M60 Patton series of main battle tank. The second one was fitted with a low-profile cupola as seen on the Israeli Magach 3, which was a hybrid between the M48 and M60 Patton tanks, and also on some Jordanian M48s. An M2HB HMG was mounted to that cupola. Also, both are models of the Tiger II (H) Sla. 16, AKA the "Diesel Tiger II." It's quiet literally that; a Tiger II (H) fitted with a diesel engine. Instead of a German engine, these were fitted upgraded Cummins diesel engines that were used on the M-50 and M-51 "Super Sherman" series.

Also, if anyone isn't aware, the "(H)" means that the Tiger II has the rectangular Herschel turret. The Tiger II was also produced as the Tiger II (P), with the rounded Porsche turret .

Both of these tanks were based off a real King Tiger captured by American forces during the Second World War.

Both the "Porsche", and "Herschel" turrets were built by Krupp.

They were. What I meant in that sentence was that the (H) turret was designed by Herschel, and the same for the Porsche turret. I think Krupp built just about every armored vehicle Germany came up with.
