The most annoying defense the AI ever had... That was until you find the faults in the population system and exploit it so you have 12 priests of your own... Then wonono the AI's ass right back for free armies and carnage, then it brings catapults. Still got the game too, classics like that are just hard to beat. Great picture!

I mostly killed enemy priests. But with respect to the rest of the comments below: I love Age of Empires (I) best. Babylonians forever! Build more towers.

Ha, that's right! Age of Empires was a childhood friend of mine, though my introduction to the series started backwards; first, I played AoE 3 and bought its expansions when they came out, then I played Age of Kings and The Conquerors, and then, I played the first one and the Rise of Rome expansion. I have the HD Edition of AoE 2 and it's DLC Expansions, The Forgotten and The African Kingdoms, but it started with AoE 3.
...Yeah, the whole thing is amusing in retrospect.

hehe i remember that. I remember getting the upgrade to convert buildings as well. had a small army guarding there 4 monks and than converting all the houses and villagers so they couldn't build more units
