I think the blue outfit suits her best. I tend to think Samus is more at home in tougher, more durable casual gear, which gives her freedom of movement and action. She could pull off glamorous outfits for sure, but I think she would look good in most outfits - and I don't see her being too hung up on being 'beautiful'. She already is, no need to try.
