How beautiful! Wow, they should have used you for the cover art of one of the books. Hey I know! You should send it in and it's so perty they'll have to use in on a book and thus for that to happen Mercedes Lackey will have to write another Valdemar book!

I've actually got the first two books from The Obsidian Trilogy but haven't read them yet because I had prior book commitments. Thankfully my mother (whom I've converted) is working on the first one right now.

Good, I'm glad! The blue eyes of the Companions are a major characteristic in the books. It's always a stretch for me to shade using "colors" if you know what I mean? I have to make myself use those blues instead of grey, but it really does make a difference.
