I love it, it looks like a 16th century knight, Landing in R'lyeh. Is that a baby Spawn of Cthulhu.... I love it. I wish I knew more but obviously that's no damsel in distress and they are about to become millipede food. An unknown discoverer of R'leh.

I think you've got good imagination and this is all well-don, except one thing:
Cthulhu should not be represented in colors of an angel. He's the darkness itself.
You should have made him much darker and cast a dark shadow.

Cool Cthulhu pic, I just got done reading this book for the first time and it was very interesting (gotta love the mad ship crew and their explaining about what they saw in Ryleh) and it looks like your planet would fit this beastie well! gl with the story!

Nice, but I think you should have kept the legs hidden from view. It would have made Chulhu look much more massive and "god-like". Still, and amazing piece.
