It really doesn't feel like the summer at all.
We're still at around 15 degrees in the evening. Compare to the Taiwan weather, that's almost like fall, isn't it?

I think we're in the same boat.
Ever since moving here, all I see is drizzle and fog. The locals tell me this is "capelin season" where the winds move in from the sea and brings cold air. (All I know is my mother's never stopped complaining... 
Maybe some nice hot weather is what she needs!
