So for those who know the story, I am about to butcher it

The Bloofer Lady was a bride of Dracula who would target young children as her prey. A newspaper, in the story, posted a warning about children being attacked by some small animal that left bites on the neck. As time went by the attacks turned in abductions, and all the children would say about their assailant was the she was a Bloofer lady; or translating from child talk, a beautiful lady. The articles and warnings would poke fun at how the children would imitate the Bloofer Lady when they spoke of her, not realizing that these victims were not imitating anyone, they were vampires now.

Just a Note this is only a quick sketch of the infamous Lady.
