XD woo *is hugging her new plush*Well it was lugia and then i got really carried away XD. tis lugia's mega ultra super special awesome form!!!
done with coloured pens, then messed about with on photoshop. Thankyou for my new pens!

Thankyou so much for the critique! I understand completely about the background, but the thing was, i was originally just gonna submit it as it was on paper, no digital editing or anything. The background was last minute and thown together, and because of me liking how it looked already, i didnt want to do too much to it and risk spoiling the traditional artwork, hehe.
yeah actually the blue tint was a mistake! I accidentally changed the colour of him, but liked it! So i decided to stay with it, hahahah. also, the paper i use turns up slightly pink on scanner, lol.
and yeah, i always think of lugia as a dragon more than a bird. thanks again!
