When she uses her magic, she realeases some ammount of energy and implicates it into a medium and creates a wave. She can send, as well as recaive those waves. She may use as a medium air and sends ultrasounds or vibration trough ground to check her surroundings. She's doing that to localize people and objects. It's helpful to evade traps or to find those who she wants. Ground has shorter range comparet to air, but due to that it's more accurate. She rarely uses water as the medium of her magic.

By sending bigger amount of energy, she rises the vibrations inside objects and may even destroy them. But it must be send directly to medium, so in order to cause damage to her opponents she needs to touch them. Based on the medium she may gain different effects: air may push back lighter objects flying in her direction and the ground would crack, creating inequalities. For water to be useful medium, she would need to stand at least in the lake. With the smaller amount of water, she will just splash it around, without gaining any bigger result.

While using her magic, she can also be able to enhance her hearing to eavesdrop conversations. She uses this ability at short distances, since it's easier for her to catch the conversation, which interests her. Only situation, when she uses this ability on the larger area and distance is when she's searching someone. But it usually ends with a headache due to all noise she's able to hear. With a passing time, she learned how to use herself as medium for her magic as well. Thanks to that she can rise her speed and her physical attack as well. Due to the fact that it is quite risky and highly charges her body, she can use this skill only for a short time. She also can't use during that time any other medium, so the amount of damage she can cause is based on the speed her body is able to withstand.

Tracy can be very arrogant person. She knows her value and she's very confident of herself. She can be very stubborn, especially when she wants something. She also can be harsh and malicious. However she's usually very friendly. She helps anyone in need no matter, if it's human or animal.
She has many bad habits like smoking or cursing. She also rarely shows any rspect for her superiors. Usually when she's being criticized or scolded she ignores them and walks away.
Only reason why she hasn't been freed is because she's incorruptible. Money, praises or any other goods mean nothing to her. She’s determined and she does everything to end her missions.
Despite her difficult personality she's liked and respected by her subordinates. She treats them fairly and with respect. She shows them a lot of patience and understanding. She's also loyal type and won't leave her firends in need.

Story:
Tracy born in the middle-class but an influential family. Her mother had a significant potential for magic and nasty character which her daughter has inherited from her. When her mother died she was still quite young. After some time later her father remarried with her cousin's stepmother. Aftr that Tracy was sent to schools for girls with dorms. She and Darcy, which she treats like a younger sister, exchanged letters. When after some time she didn’t get any message from her cousin she became worried. She returned home only in order to discover that Darcy escaped. Her father and stepmother ignored that since they took care only about received proposal of her marriage with young man from some wealthy family. Tracy got furious and said loud what she thought about them and left the house in what she had on herself. She also changed her surname to not be associated with them anymore.

She was trying to find her cousin. She feared that her father blinded by greed would send chase after her. That’s why she didn’t join any magic guild. To survive she had to learn many things. Sometimes she helped others in exchange for food or clothes.

Two years after her escape from the house she accidentally found the small group of Rune Knights fighting with an unknown monster. She saw that monster is going to attack a young boy who didn’t fully got to himself from the last monster’s attack. Without hesitation she rushed forward and covered the boy but as a consequence she lost right eye.

In the end monster was defeated by Yajima. He took the wounded Tracy to Porlyusica but despite how she tried, the eye couldn’t be fully rescued. Since it was magic beast, contained in its claws venom caused some changes in the eye.

This was also the first time she met with members of the Fairy Tail guild. Although they were very friendly she still didn’t want to join the guild. Hearing her decision Yajima took care of her. He found her a work at the Magic Council. She began her training to became a soldier and later she was promoted as officer. Thanks to the gained success in work she got assigned to the 2nd Custody Enforcement Unit as their captain.

Right eye:

When she lost her eye medic tried to implant artifical one, but due to the venom in beast's claws he failed. Moreover it changed its looks. She's blind on it, but her eye got extra ability. It can paralize anyone at whom she would "look" with it. It's both sided weapon though, since the longer she uses it, the bigger headache she will get. The pain can last even few days and is so big one that even breathing is torture, so she usually keeps her eye hiden. The target must stand in front of her, so it doesn't matter if it's one or few people. The problem is that it works even on friends, so it can cause troublesome situation. She can use it no longer than one minute since after that her headache would be so big that she wouldn't be able to stand.

Darcy:
It’s her younger cousins, but she treats her like a sister. She was really relieved, when she heard that Darcy joined the Fairy Tail. She often observed her from afar, but they met again, when Tracy appeared in Fairy Tail with an official message to the guilds’ Master. Tracy was then 16 and became one of the officers.

Yajima:
He took care of her and became her guardian. She’s very grateful to him of everything he did. He is one of the few people whom she shows overall estimate.

Makarov:
She respect him for how he cares about his guild and its members. She doesn’t understand what problem mages from Council have with him and why they’re trying to close his guild.

Lahar:
He's her superios, but she loves to tease him. They know each other quite long, so (though it doesn't seem so) they're good friends. Before both of them became the Captain's they worked in the same unit.

Doranbolt:

Since they often worked together, they knew each other well. Even as the they still do some mission with each other. Tracy proved many times, she's trustworthy he's not afraid of sharing his thoughts with her.

Bacchus:
He’s a person with whom she drinks most often. If she doesn’t want to lose some parts of her warderobe, she must drink with him equally. The next day she usually gets easily annoyed and cursed him with full heart. From time to time he asks her to spend night together, but she always sends him empty-handed.

Gildarts:
They meet from time to time on their mission. They always drink and talk about their latest adventures.

Levy:
Tracy is really interested in the runes and ancient writings, so she meets from time to time with Levy to discuss about them and exchange their books.

Deva:
In younger days they compete with each other. In present days, when the both of them matured, they became friends, though their relations are still quite specific.
