Currently they’re almost extinct. Because of their profession, their existence is known mostly by high-ranking people.
At the moment live only 2 representatives of "pure blood" and about 43 hybrids (only 4 half ones). “Pure bloods” strength is above Fleet Admiral. Tsuki (Luna's mother) is officially under direct rule of The Five Elder Stars, but in true she’s plaything of mysterious Im. The last one of them cooperates with Dragon. Luna (after time gap) is on similar level as Vice Admiral. The World Government has listed any living ones and keeps strict control over them. Those who refused were either killed or have to live in hiding.

She took Interitum and decided to go to Kuraigana Island. She knew about Humandrills and their skills, so they were good opponents to strain her skills back. When, she called him "Dad", Rayleight almost choked on his drink, proving she was right. With heavy thoughts, she left the place for some walk. She met then Sakka and her crew. She made a deal with Law, where she had to keep Sakka safe for some time and in exchange he took care of her damaged hand. With help of his DF, he changed damaged muscles with artificial ones. She still couldn't feel anything in her hand, but she was finally able to move it again. She still was covering it with the glove though. When Sakka was ready, both of them left Shabaody Archipelago and entered New World for their own adventure.

After some time, both of them reached Wano Country. Luna was feeling a need to fullfil the promise made long ago with Tama. Thanks to Luna's knowledge about this place, they easily blended among its reasidents. They also met with Lori, which got separated from her crew. The situation didn't look to good, so Luna used her conections with Yamato to join shogun as one of samurais. She pretended to be male to not bring more attraction than necessary. She tried to find a way to free Kidd and his crew, but appearance of Law's and Luffy's crews made thing even more difficult. After Yasuie's death when she saw Zoro holding and protecting another woman, she felt enermous rage and attacked him with murderous intentions. They clashed their sword and she was attacking him mercilessly. When he knocked down her dark glasses, he saw familiar, silver eyes and stopped his attack for a moment. Luna used that to send him inside one of a houses with a kick. When she entered it too, he quickly disarm her and before she could do anything, he pulled her closer. She couldn't see his face, when he was holding her firmly, but she realized she missed him. He told they should met later and without waiting for her reply, he left. Not wanting to acknowledge more of her feelings, she went back to report her failure in catching the enemy.

Later she used Lori's vivre card to see if she and Sakka run away safely. They were accompanied by a girl Zoro protected earlier and she was a bit curios about her. When she appeared in the secret chamber inside the Enma Shrine in the forest, Hiyori and Kawamatsu got allerted as they thought, she was one of Orochi's people. The situation was calmed by Zoro and the girls, saying she was one of them. After brief talk, Luna returned to the Flower Capital. She had to keep an eye on Orochi and his retainers.

At Onigashima when Momonosuke got caught, she was ready to do anything needed to protect the kid. When the all the mess started, she joined Yamato and went after Shinobu to keep her and boy safe.

Later when the war ended Chopper with Law's and Franky's help made her advanced prosthetic arm that looked as real one. It was sturdier and easier to move than the previous one. Luffy also offered her to join them. At first she was going to refuse, but after some talk with Marco and Jinbe she decided to agree.

Fighting style:
She fights mostly using swords or knives, but if she needs to she can fight bare hand. She has been trained in Rokushiki martial arts by her mother, but when she ended 10 y.o. she stopped. She returned to practice when she ended 14 years. She mostly trains Tekkai to raise her endurance. Till now she mastered Soru for quick movement.

Interitum (Ruin, Calamity) - it's a custom made weapon that contains Liquor Iron Ore. It has few forms with blades and chain hidden inside. It was made especially for Luna on Five Elder's order when she was being trained as their assassin, but later Luna refused to use it.
