As usual when I see a *shideh picture I'm stunned by the depth. How *shideh controlls the colours, seemingly easy, and how she finds the contrast between light and shadow in a facinating way.
To bring forth the colour of the eyes a pair of yellow roses is placed in the hair, and it speaks well in tune with the dress and the nametag in the corner.
The hair has the wonderful curls of *shideh 's style, she loves to draw hair which you can really tell in this pic. (It would be rather nice to have this style of hair as a wig e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w… " width="15" height="15" alt="
I'm asuming that the roses are attached by a hairclip or by the hair band that is shown (I call it "hair band" in lack of words)
I don't know the character, if the roses are special to her or something like that, but they seem a little bit off. Either having a "crown" (ex Ceasar crown) of roses or none, might look better. Yet they, or something else with the same bright colour, is needed to raise the picture to a higher level. So I'm not saying that they look bad, I'm just poking at little things.
The lips and the eyes are SO welldrawn and overall the pic is fantastic! The colours are nicely matched with each other and they are subtile, letting the character speak for herself.

Well, quite a lot actually.
I love the curls and how they fade into the background - it's something I should practice on - but I completely adore her dress too, with the folds and overall design
The colours look absolutely lovely too and I love how they are reflected and united x3

Absolutely phenomenal! *3* Your colouring has always fascinated me, but ever since I saw that walkthrough you posted one of the things that most impresses me in your paintings is your sense of light and shadows, and this one is no exception! The hues look absolutely beautiful.
