A BIG one.
So I do enjoy the perspective. It is pretty 'omfg' when you first look at it, so I can say I was a little scared when I first saw the intensity of it, up close xD However I do think that it's maybe a little too much on the sharpness scale, as you've used the blue tool with the really close up paw. I mean, it is a really cool effect and it's really interesting to think as a real situation like picture, but the huge paw and blur effect is a bit much you know? xD Maybe that's just me, but it is interesting...but maybe not very pleasing to the eye.
Hm... the other thing. I am a little confused as regards to the movement of the body. Where is he/she going exactly? Up? Down? Right etc? As it does seem that the movement is a bit off to me xD I dunno, maybe it's the fact the feet seem to disappear into the tails and that throws me off a bit. Maybe you could've made those a little sharper, to indicate their dangerousness xD I can sense danger! All over the place, but...it reduces it too much.
The chest seems a little overly flat, like someone took a sculpting tool and shaved off a little too much xD But the fur adds a nice touch, to suggest it's not flat, but merely an angle.
The right paw is alright. I could see a more spread out paw, with the talons even more extended out, with more light underneath the paw and hitting the pads more through than what they are right now. But I guess that is just a me thing; I'd like to see more detail in the small areas of the paw, like it's texture.
The face itself is nice. But I think a more exaggerated one is too much. A little less evil, a little more frank. Unless it has a 'goal' on it's mind. I don't get the expression, so that is maybe why I am thinking of 'ill intent' or maybe even frankness. A tad bit more expression, prolly leaning towards excitedness/fear(?) would've made this more intense!
For the future I'd suggest using more small texture for the paws of your creatures. The small little wrinkles, in place of very smooth surfaces. It does add a cool effect, but takes away the feeling of realism. Now if it is just a style you use, that's cool. :3

I really love how you did the mouth, the shading and highlights are spot on! And the way the paw looks is really cool too, it almost feels like she touched the camera even though she's drawn. :3 Great work!
