Chae Mi Hyun from my made up fighting game, "Revolt Guardians". She was originally made for Valiant Strike under another name.

And no, I didn't get the name from the KoF character, Chae Lim. I actually got it from various Kpop gals Chae Yeon, Sun Mi and Lee Jung Hyun. ;D

Story: A young Tae Kwon Do expert who dreams of winning a Tournament championship. She began learning TKD when she was 4 by her father, the Legendary "Roaring Lightning Legs" Joon Jae Kim. She met a teenage Shin at a tournament her father went to when she was 12. Her father and Shin fought each other in the final round of the tournament and her father won. Being impressed with Shin's ability, he offered to train him Tae Kwon Do and Shin accepted. He stayed for 2 years and they've became friends after since. Years passed and she became apart of the Revolt Guardians after Shin's horrible incident....

Chae is considered the RG's "Legs" as she always supports the group with all her might. She's hates to see her friends get hurt and often comes in to aid them if the need to. Calm and collected, she' never is the one to make the first move. Her attacks are precise and sharp....locking onto the opponent's weak spot with ease and then striking with electrical ferocity.
