Description
This is another Lombax chara of mine. (I have three total.) This is my second female Lombax named Janis; a military type girl. Actually she works for a secret unit dedicated to rooting out evil doers. She's strong and steadfast. Ratchet bumps into her, and the two don't seem to get along that well..until later on.She's in my story about Sin, and is out looking for him as he is the main terrorist. She uses a lot of big weapons as her prime ammo. Her hairs pretty cool though I may change the dreds later on.
Janis is also a black type female in that she has the voice and fur tones. First African American Lombax made. ^_^ And I liked the name, fit her nicely. Hey Janis is fine. After all the first female Lombax was named Angela. (Giving Lombaxes Italian names. X-p)
I got a few new prisma colors and inking pens with different outline strokes. I am getting kind of tired of computer coloring and may stick to colored pencils and inks for a bit. I think things turned out ok here for a test run on my next R+C chara..whaddya think?

The thing I love the most about Immoral Flame is the characters and the way some of them contrast. What I love so much about Janis is the way you've made her contrast so well with the main female villain of the series, Psyler.
First of all let's take Psyler. She's with the bad guys . Her physique is strong, but curvy and feminine too and she also has pale fur and a Russian accent. She doesn't seem to use weapons of any kind, but prefers to use her powers instead. She's a clold and calculating female, with a (sort of) relationship with her superior, Sin.
Janis, in contrast is, sassy, smart, with the good guys and warm. She's dark compared to Psyler's pale, has no powers but seems to prefer really, really big guns and far more macho compared to Psyler (from what I've heard, Janis' comrades call her 'Jan da Man'). However she does have a relationship with her commander, albeit more a father/ daughter type from what I've heard.
Interestingly, Psyler is Russian and Janis is American, and the Americans and the Russians wnt up against eachother in the Cold War.

My my! That's a real interesting take you have on Janis and comparing her to Psyler. (Makes me want to draw these two again soon.)
Cold, Russian accent and using her own powers as opposed to Janis who uses weapons, has an African American accent and a warm and spirited girl. Yeah you can definitely tell the differences.
And yet you pointed out how the two share something in particular with romantic interests in their superiors. Sharp eye to detail.
I'm so happy you find my characters very fascinating and worthy of looking into. Makes me feel proud so thanks. ^^
