and voila! complete, as of 2 am last night. why didnt i post it then y'ask? i dunno, probably just tiredness... but it colored up pretty quick and whatnot. im pleased with the orange! orange orange orange~~ ah. but it's moroi and.. some mildews. the design on his staff changed slightly from the unto us picture's take on it, i didnt have the first pic around for ref and didnt bother to check. how lazy of me.cross canticle, the characters, art, story, etc etc is copyright meh. pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*sing?*eeeeeaaase dont use the art without asking first!! this was drawn in mah sketch pad, inked in open canvas 4+ (spooooooon+pen), and colored between photoshop 7.0 and open canvas. la!

He's cute. And so are those dust ball things. The warm colors give it a good glow. I can't stop looking at it.

I actually find the orange a bit intense. It may be too close to skintone to not actually be skintone....I wonder how it would look with a blue-grey?
Either way, I love the drawing, and the soft curves of the fill, how it kind of seeps out beyond the linework.
