Yeah, this is what I've been doing since last week, since I want to take a week off during the Christmas period. This is what you get if you've used the brush pen for many 'creative uses', appreciate Keita 'Onimusha/GARO' Amemiya's works too much and being an obsessed GARO fangirl can do to me. XD Anyway, DISCLAIMER TIME!

- I apologise to GARO fans for not drawing the Makai Knights' armour in very 'ultra' accurate detail. I had to use the official figures from that website as references to get the armour right as best as I can. If you thought the Assassin's Creed outfits was difficult to draw, then meet the Makai Knight crew...
- And I also apologise on not drawing Rei's deceased girlfriend Shizuka right. I know, it's been a long time since I've watched the 1st series.

And before you ask...yes, I've actually 'handwritten' the GARO-esque borders, as well as the 'calligraphic' background all by myself. Yep, that's the power of the brush pen. XD For bonus points, try to find the kanji for 'Garo', as well as some calligraphy-esque references to Messiah, a Horror and a mark found somewhere only in Keita Amemiya's concept sketches.

And if you're want to take a closer look at the calligraphic background and borders, as well as downloading them as wallpapers in your own desktop (I've got three of them in my own as a slideshow desktop or something), I've put up a link in my Pixiv account (requires registration and the nice thing about Pixiv: it's in English) in case anyone would doubt I've made this entire thing up. And also...Happy New Year. XD
