This is an amazing ship design!!! In respect towards the Ebon Hawk, The Outrider, Slave I, Hound's Tooth, The Moldy Crow, The Ghost and Of course, The Millennium Falcon. The Far Horizon is a classic example of a starship that can be made to go beyond the limit with the proper modifications. For Leila and Rarrawamba, this is a new beginning considering that the ship has had previous owners, but so did the Falcon when Han brought it from Lando. The Far Horizon is a ship that has seen a big chunk of the galaxy, but isn't done yet not while that is still a pilot that still wants to fly her for more adventures!!!

Every great story set in space has an iconic ship that people also view as a home for the characters. Firefly has Serenity, Star Trek has the various incarnations of the Enterprise, the classic SW trilogy with the Millennium Falcon. It seemed only fitting that the Destiny Era had its own mothership of sorts with the Far Horizon. Theunis delivered above and beyond what I had requested from him, and gave the breath of life to what was roleplaying stats and literary background. I'm pleased you like it and I thank you very much for your critique.

Thank you! The Far Horizon name stemmed from an old fan project of mine where a crew fleeing the Sith forces during the Great Sith War drive their freighter (with the same name) into the Maw... and end up in an alternate galaxy dominated by the Sith. I think I put it to better use with this.

That sounds cool, could be a comic or a full on novel. I like the idea, or at the very least the core idea, concept wise its a great story to follow. But I do not think Ms. Solo and company would not be happy!!

Yeah, I thought it would be an interesting idea to pursue. I even had SW d20 RPG stats for some of the characters that would populate that alternate galaxy (different version of Exar Kun driven by the Rule of Two, Ulic Qel-Droma as a dedicated Jedi Knight in the Galactic Resistance, etc.). I might go back to it someday, but my focus is already spread out on so much as it is.
