Something for my portfolio that I've been painting for the past few days. I wanted to do something more simplified, but also dynamic/symbolic and interesting. Maki has such awesome clothes =A=She's wearing Grado RS-1 headphones, they cost a lot of money. Also they have wooden exteriors so you shouldn't wear them in the rain.

I like the pattern on her trousers. It's a little ambiguous where the shading stops and the pattern of the fabric begins - I like that.

The overall design is great, the foreground and the background go very well with each other too! I bet this would look great done as vectors in Illustrator as well!

Whoa is this your own character or from somethig else? I really really adore her design especially her face and hair and expression. She looks like a happy and caring girl even though she is godly beautiful and has breast the size to get dorky boyfriends with no-limits-credit-card.
Absolutely love your colouring style and thick lineart. With so smooth shadows from only so few colours used. The patterns are a nice addition and fit well with the colours. I especially like the red in her hair and the colour of her pants. Ohh and the wet splashes on her shoes. Wonderful piece!
