Asmodean from The Wheel of Time.Not only my favourite Forsaken and tragic evil musician, but basically my favourite character in the history of forever (in case you couldn't tell from my username or anything...)
I've always been tone-deaf and terrible at drawing actual musical instruments though, and I'm pretty sure cellos don't even exist in Randland... but they look pretty?! and I was listening to a lot of Apocalyptica at the time... (and particularly Nothing Else Matters which is basically the sort of soul-tearing thing Asmodean would probably play if they did xD)=====

I was going to comment on how it should have been a harp (but you beat me to it). I did like Asmodean, but Barid Bel Medar will always be my favorite Chosen (and my favorite character of the series.)
I'm glad you got away from the Johnny Depp look. A lot of people cast Johnny as him, and while I "can" see it, it's just gotten old.
And hey, if bitterns can exist in Randland, why can't cellos?

I like your style a lot, and I think it suits this image well. I'd have gone with a harp or lyre, but this has just as much effect.

I like the atmosphair and the colors a lot.
But I agree with you that it is not the quantity of comments thats important, and mostly the unknown series/pictures are the best ^^

I'm doing ok, I actually got in a car accident yesterday and got sandwiched between two cars so my shoulder is really hurting, but otherwise, i'm doing alright, and it could have been a lot worse.
