Have a cookie!: Becoming bored with just granting good luck, Suo began to create his own brand of fortune cookie that can give either good or bad luck. It's a gamble to take one, a gamble that entertains him to no end. If you ask him for luck, you're going to get a cookie. If you annoy him, chances are that cookie isn't going to be good.
Don't expect to win the lottery with these cookie fortunes. They more so grant "Right place at the right time" blessings. The bad luck cookies are up to the users imagination on how they manifest. Most of his bad luck cookies have the placebo affact on people. You have to make him angry to get an actual "bad luck" cookie.
Abundance abound: He can duplicate things that he touches. It's a skill that brings him joy when he can use it for people who need it. However, he keeps it a secret because generally, people are greedy. Now a days, he only uses to create an infinite supply of fortune cookies that otherwise seem to just always exist in his sleeves.
Shape Shifting: Like most dragons, he can change his shape. He mainly sticks to things that symbolize luck; good or bad. In the human world, his most common shape is a homeless vagrant who varies in age and appearance depending on where he is or what he's doing.

Personal Information

Personality: Suo is perhaps more complicated then one might imagine at first glance. Or even second glance...Or even three thousandth glance. He comes across as obnoxious and arrogant and vain all while being incredibly air headed. He knows that he has the power to make people happy or unhappy and that knowledge has gone right to his head and made him rather egotistical. He is not cruel though, just annoying. He's actually quite keen on helping others out, you just have to prove your worthiness by tolerating his personality. His personality is a complete contrast to what his appearance would suggest.
It could be said that his hard-to-handle-in-long-doses personality is a defense he has unconciously developed to keep "unworthy" people away. When in actuality it's just a rouse he maintains to better observe people from the distance he keeps them at. Suo is quite sharp and intellegent and great at getting into places he shouldn't be, because people often assume he's harmless. Idiotic, but harmless.
His outward appearance also makes people avoid him, which works well for him.
Next to no one knows about his true colours and he's not about to share unless he trusts the person to keep his secret.

History: Suo does not speak about his past much, as to him, it is rather tedious and not worth the memories. He spent most of his early days trying to give purpose to himself by living up to what he was- A dragon. But not just any dragon, a luck dragon. Though not as powerful as his larger breathren, Suo felt that his ability to change a person's luck destined him to be a servant to the people.
For decades he travelled throughout Japan blessing those who reached out to him, and ruining those who willingly caused harm to others. For a long time, he felt like he was doing good in the world, living up to the standards he had put upon himself and it made him happy.
For the most part, he did indeed help many people out of tough times. However it became clear that one person's luck could sometimes be another person's ruin. Suo was finding that those in need the most were suffering under the good luck of high ranking officials whose economic gains, or battle victories had sounded good at the time and worth Suo's attention.
Disgusted with himself and the greediness of humans who craved good fortune to better their own desires, Suo left the humans and returned to the spirit realm in search of peace and self reflection. The problem with luck, was that everyone wanted it. As bestowing blessings to everyone who wanted one was no longer an option, Suo concieved a plan that would enable him to more easily manipulate the luck of those around him, without the harassment. Disguising himself as a homeless vagrant, he took to the streets and the country side roaming the country secretly handing out blessings to those who showed compassion and kindness to those less fortunate.
This of course, won him no favours from his family who felt that his actions were too far beneath a dragon. To keep his family off his back, he developed his idiotic personality and became the person they saw him as- Idiotic and not worth their time.
Additional Info: He's great and studying people and can often find out secrets because people often assume he's too stupid to catch them, or too harmless to spread them.
Even though he could change his appearance to look more clean and proper, he usually always goes about his days looking like a bum. He does however, makes sure that he does not stink.
