I like your twist on Dopp's look and that she doesn't look exactly like in TRU
( btw: I think that u should remove bump/spec map from the veins on her face cuz it looks a bit unprofessional imo)

It depends ... I supose that they shouldn't be too "bumpy " cuz it doesn't look good on face. I always thought that those veins are kind of deep under her skin .
But if you want them to pop u should try making the center of vein look a bit brighter and the edges darker, then make a bump 
I can help with textures if there's a need.
