Description
So while talking to KingShisa08 Β about ideas of crossing Sailor Moon and Godzilla he brought this up. In his idea for a first story of a new Sailor Moon/Godzilla series he had the idea that strange crystals from space crash land in Japan thus gaining the attention of both the Sailor Scouts and some of Earth's kaiju. The crystals give our heroines the ability to psychically link with a kaiju and thus they can their respective giant allies emotions. They are as follows:Sailor Moon & Godzilla - She feels Godzilla anger and rage from him being alone and being a mutant.
Sailor Mercury & Gorosaurus - She feels his frustration of losing to Kong.
Sailor Mars & Rodan - She feels his loneliness after losing his mate in 1956.
Sailor Jupiter & Anguirus - She feels his depression on how has never won a fight.
Sailor Venus & Varan - She feels his bitterness towards humans when they polluted his lake.
Sailor Chibi-Moon & Baragon - She feels his bitterness about being small and helpless.
Sailor Uranus & Titanosaurus - She feels his sadness about how his trust was betrayed by Dr.Β Mafune.
Sailor Neptune & Manda - Feels her anger toward humans for attacking Mu.
Sailor Pluto & King Caesar - She feels his shame about not being able to protect Okinawa (note Okinawa was actually taken over).
Sailor Saturn & Kumonga - She feels his her predatory motivation and need for loneliness. She later gains the same connection with Kumonga's son Spiga.
Also the reason Sailor Chibi Chibi is there is because she was already in the group photo I found. Anyways be sure to let me know what you think guys

I like it. Especially the empathic relationship between the sailor scouts, and the kaiju - and even giving an idea of how these kaiju might always feel.

If you're comparing Pluto from the original 90's anime then yes. In the original anime adaption, Pluto was never reincarnated like the other Sailor Scouts (Sailor Senshi if you're Japanese

More or less. In the manga and in Sailor Moon Crystal it's explained that Pluto was given three taboos that she wasn't allowed to break:
-to guard the Space-Time Door
-to not allow others to travel through time and
-never use her powers to stop time.

I think a good pick for Tux would have to be Battra who feels great remorse for hurting the ones close to him (In Battra's case, Mothra).

Maybe have it like this
Story 1: Queen Beryl had suffered another loss from the scouts when she then sees a crystal meteor land near Japan along with it several smaller crystal meteors then land all around the world after. Beryl then finds a sample and brings it back.
At this point the crystals effect the scouts and had then give them connection with some of Earth's Kaiju (see above). At the same time Beryl bonds with scores of the Crystal SpaceGodzilla and the two then have other Kaiju awaken (Desotoryah, Hedorah, Slattern, The MUTO, Bagorah and Megaguirus and A Swarm of Megagnula) The scouts the use there new found connections with the Earth monsters to fight off the invaders. Beryl is defeated and killed and SpaceGodzilla and his allies are driven off (Megaguirus, Hedorah, and Bagorah are the only casualty while Kumonga is killed in battle on the scouts side). As SpaceGodzilla and what's left of his army retreat back into space and land on the moon they report back to Grand King Ghidorah who has Gigan, Megalon, Biollante, and Orga with him a lone Meganulon then pupates into Megaguirus II, SpaceGodzilla then sends more crystals out to the witches 5.
Story 2: it has been over a year since SpaceGodzilla's attack. Hotaru then sinces another Kumonga (her son Spiga) on an island the scouts then follow the Kaiju to monster island were they see the Spiga lives there along with Kamacuras, Gabara, and much to both Godzilla and Gorosaurus' shagrin King Kong. Mothra and Battra also appear along with the shobijin who warn the scouts about King Ghidorah and alliance with SpaceGodzilla. Meanwhile the Witches 5 then bond with the crystals and evil Kaiju
Euilad/Megaguirus: both have a seeting hatred for there enemies (Rodan for Megaguirus and Sailor Mars)
Mimete/Gigan (and to an extent Megalon): she feels Gigan's vain and sadistic nature and Megalon's thug like nature.
Tellu/Biollante: while not evil on her own volition Biollante is forced by Tellu to cause destructionΒ
Viluy/Orga: Bonds with Orga via crystals and nanotechnology.
The twins/The M.U.T.O: feels there primal instinct to kill
