Biography:Rufus was orphaned at a young age, when he was separate from his parents at the heat of a minor violent dispute in their visit at Russia. He grew up fending for himself, and managed to study in the engineering. He worked mostly as a weapons researcher for the military, which led to him trying out his own creations and eventually being recognized to be capable in the front-lines.
He fostered a family, yet he was more inclined invest time with his work. He was overly serious which eventually proved too much for both. Left alone, he still pursued a profession in the black market as a hit-man. After much success, a recommendation from some agency came and he took them up for it, since he preferred being under a structure than freelancing. He didn't mind the whole concept of using children as he saw strategic value in them. And he admittedly didn't mind being a disciplinarian.

Relationships:
ChrysA curious girl who doesn't tend to be vocal, much to his relief. If she has to be working for him, they have to sync. And they found it less of a problem than expected. Obedient, and inclined to service -- his only qualms were the subtle quirks he couldn't bring to understand. She displayed small and sometimes unnoticeable deviousness that he would sometimes thought clever yet most of the time straining. He pressed her uncompromisingly, at the same pace he would treat himself. He administered a fair yet cold rule-- one that seemed for fitting for animals or machines. It was fitting. Yet it was in those quirks he always realized she was human. Listlessly feminine, she came to take care of him more than he would ask. And in all the tired days they shared together, he'd always find great solace when he shares deep mutual silence with her. He gave her the same trust he would give to his own arm, or at least wanted so. But that would something she has to prove herself worthy in the long run. And he'd be curious if how well his labour would bear its fruit.
