HistoryBorn and bred in Yanagawa, two things was certain: that he’s the only heir to his family’s rustic electronics shop, and that somehow it wouldn’t mix with his aspiration to become a musician. What he isn’t certain of is what kind of musician, but all he knew was it was his ticket off the boonies. This free-spirited attitude of his never sat well with his parents or at least their expectation of him, which often led to him running off on his own. But fortunately he never truly commits enough to his stunts and often gets found in a friend’s house, some nearby empty lot, or just at the riverside fuming in solitude. He does so since he acknowledges, even at a young age, his parents definitely meant well.
Funnily though, he has once grew adventurous enough to spend his life savings for a trip to Tokyo.

He knew an uncle who stayed there for his studies, and ended up lasting a week before he was taken back to his worried yet angry folks. But despite the bother, the experience proved humbling. His uncle was in a similar predicament, after all, but seemed to have found some balance in them. But admittedly his uncle did not care about some rockstar lifestyle and simply wanted to play music. It somehow made him accept his situation a bit more, and perhaps slow down in an effort to figure himself out further. Because he isn’t even sure on his life’s direction, and that he only knew music was interest that seem to linger as opposed to everything else he tried that did not. He just knew someday he’d want to be on his own.

With the boonies back in focus, there wasn’t anything he knew he excelled at, not even the music he is so-called invested in, which led him to just up and try anything at least once with much fervor. He was mostly the butt of jokes for his eccentric enthusiasm, but he also has a knack for making people smile. Thus whatever infamy he had as a measly child, blossomed to a healthy school lifestyle that ensured he won’t even get tired of staying at school. It all factors into the idea he’ll only stay until such a time he knows what kind of future he wants to step into. Unfortunately, with the casual pace and lack of focus he displays, not even his remaining years in high school may be enough.

PersonalityNaturally enthusiastic, Kero is known for his amiable smile and infectious cheerfulness. His wide open eyes suggest a genuine curiosity with people and anything interesting. He often takes people by surprise by how much he thinks he knows about them. Some people may misread his nosiness as being too close for comfort, while others may consider his assumptive nature an aspect of charm. Often times, it isn’t that his gut with people is right, but just his willingness to socialize that makes people give him a chance. After all, what he enjoys most is people having a good time. And in more challenging times would be the boon that whittles away his flame.

He is never too shy to try anything new, and has often taken stride with things rather whimsically. What drives him forward and how he approaches things may not be as realistic or practical as he expected. Rather, he often brings out rather unrealistic expectations to the table, but he admittedly is best known for “thinking outside the box.” Despite this, he has a keen sense over people, and is likely to approach someone given the impression they aren’t acting like themselves. And it’ll be sometimes be the reason he’d stay up at night thinking what he could have possibly done and what he could possible do to rectify any problem. This often doesn’t end well because making firm decisions is never his forte. Still he does something, even if it ends up being a mistake. At least he did something and that somehow also keeps him sleeping soundly at night.

Although known for being an open book, he doesn’t often articulate on more personal matters. But he is known to relate to things with a situation or story he has once been on or has heard of. And often times, he likes pointing out how something reminiscent of something else. Even if it’s not entirely spot on, or that if may change his mind after a moment or two. Still, he isn’t one to hide emotion. And is definitely known for his boyish rebellious side whenever he feels he is somehow kept from being free to do what he likes. Often, this comes out more of a casual facet of his, since arguments and confrontation isn’t really his style. More so, he caters to people in a way he hopes those kinds of things aren’t necessary.

Overall, he a chummy guy who may not be the most consistent and most grounded, but he’s definitely a friend who’ll make sure everyone does matter.
