Ok, I'm posting this picture in despiration. I suck at photoshop. I need tips. Anything to help with the coat, hair, and ground in the BG. I'm somewhat happy with the skin tone, sky, sword (and I am not taking the blood splater off.) I'll keep updating this pic as I progress, but if you've got suggestions please help (Please!)Related content

The blood is great! How did you do it?
If anything, to help with the piece (but not photoshop specific) work some contrast into that. You could always mess around with textures, too.
The line art is clean, and very nicely done, too!

The blood is a Photoshop brush I found. Not sure where though, I'll send you the link when I find it (Which I will expedite asap). PS. Lil secret about my line art, I'm lazy so I vectored my scanned drawing in Illustrator. It's a little too Consistent though, so It looks unnatural.

My friend just asked, so to clarify, the blood splat is actualy on the camera (Think head shot in 1st person on metal gear solid) only this time being sliced in the face.
