First of all, thank you so much for the critique SolarLunix! I really appreciate it!
Now straight on my reply! XD Well, I agree on most of what you say, but not all.
On first sight, the coloring is indeed on limited tones, but let me defend myself with this: Trying to get an ice-cold atmosphere is quite limiting on it's own. And when I tryied to add some more color tones, it was loosing in that atmosphere. I guess cold tones are a bit disturbing, but on the other hand, maybe I could have done better in coloring.
You're also right about the static thing, maybe I could do better in this too.
The one thing I totally dissagree is about his limbs. From my point of view, given an "above" prespective and concerning the fact that he's flying (so the limbs are attached to the body), it seems natural that they are not seen as their place seems to be right below the wings (on both front and back). Also, reflection would be shown with more movement, maybe some water circles would be there too if there was water so close to the dragon.
I'm happy that you liked the very unique design, as you said, I tried to make it different and not just another dragon, he is a dragon lord after all lol
I know it's not my best work, but still I like it and it was quite fun to make!

Yeah, I was just saying it didn't look like he had room for back limbs... they just seemed like it would be nonexistant with how small the middle of the body go from the wings to the tail, not that you couldn't see them. I should've been more clear. He seemed more like a flying snake.
The slightest tint of purple just to differentiate the two, the dragon from the sky or what ever it was >.< to his skin, it would just give it a tad bit of difference, or maybe a little green to the background, like teal not green green, it does make for small differences that don't really change the mood all that much but gives it a bit of an edge to make it pop.
Try twisting him a little like some of your other drawings, it just seems a little too stiff for flying, even if it's just the tail, the only time you really see something stick strait like that is in cartoons, which is not what it looks like you were going for.
And quite the interesting dragon lord he is lol, i'm sure if you develop him a little further and keep working on it you'll end up with an amazing piece like you always do, and really you don't have to thank me for the critique, you can thank my art class because that is the whole reason i'm like "CRITIQUE CRITIQUE CRITIQUE!" It's rather enjoyable, it's a stretch to my writing because I have to express really what I think and feel of a piece as well as try to describe it. Honestly I think critiquing will make me a stronger writer, perhaps a tad more vivid.

Well, the back limbs were meant to be on the main body and not on the tail XD During the flight they are not visible as the are attached to the body plus they are under the "support" wings, just before the tail. I know it's kinda weird but that's why it is original XD
I already tried those two, with the purple to fit quite well BUT it made the dragon something so far away than an ice dragon. Green on the background made the pic look more "vampiric" lol but that would be not what I need for it (but is a good idea for a new dragon lord XD ) It will stay as it is for now, but if I feel I have to change it, I will, and thank you very much for your advice!
